Booking & Payment Policy

PLEASE NOTE WHEN BOOKING INSTANTLY ONLINE PAYMENT IS REQUIRED IN FULL

A 50% non-refundable deposit is required after quotes to secure your event date.

• This deposit secures your booking.
• The remaining 50% balance is due before your event and will be collected through Shopify. You will receive a payment reminder prior to your event.
• Dates are not reserved until payment is received.
• All deposits are non-refundable.
