The Social Bite Co provides fully served, bottomless charcuterie services for events, including weddings, parties, and private gatherings. Services are provided based on availability and confirmed booking details.

 

 

 

3. Bookings & Payments

 

 

  • A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date.

  • Full payment must be received by the agreed-upon due date prior to the event.

  • Prices, guest counts, and menu selections are confirmed in advance.

 

 

 

 

4. Cancellations & Changes

5. Guest Conduct & Service Limitations

 

 

  • Guests do not serve themselves from the cart.

  • Service is provided by our staff only.

  • We reserve the right to pause or stop service if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate for staff.

 

 

 

 

6. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

 


While we do our best to accommodate dietary needs, we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment. The client is responsible for communicating any allergies in advance.

 

 

 

7. Venue & Event Requirements

 


The client is responsible for ensuring the venue allows outside food vendors and provides adequate space, access, and setup conditions for service.

 

 

 

8. Liability

 


The Social Bite Co is not responsible for:

 

  • Venue-related issues

  • Guest behavior

  • Allergic reactions when allergies were not disclosed in advance

 


Service is provided at the client’s own risk.
